App Overview

The SFTP Importer app for Braze lets you import data from CSV files into Braze as Users via an SFTP Server. Note: Files can have a maximum file size of 2 GB. Imports can be done on-demand or scheduled (as fast as every 5 minutes and as slow as once per month) to meet your unique import use cases.

App Setup

The Relationship One SFTP Importer app for Braze configured in the Relationship One AppCloud.

  1. Click on the configuration URL below:

  1. Log into AppCloud with your Credentials, if required.
  2. Provide your Braze credentials. To gather these, open Braze and navigate to Settings > APIs and Identifiers under Setup and Testing. Select API Keys in the menu at the top of the screen. Copy the URL labeled REST Endpoint. This is your Braze Instance URL. Then, create an API Key with the necessary permissions. The minimum necessary permissions for the app are listed below. However, this list may expand as the app gains the ability to map to other Braze object types. After creating the API Key, copy the Identifier. This is your API Key.

  3. Click Save to save your configuration.

The Relationship One SFTP Importer app is now ready to being configuring imports. The app can be found by using the link in Step 1 or logging into AppCloud and clicking on Braze under the Connectors section.
